Mediation for real people, not just legal categories.

I’m a mediator with a legal background, but my real focus is on people — not categories, not courtrooms, and not checklists.

Conflicts come in all shapes. Some involve families, some involve businesses, and some don’t fit neatly into any box. What they have in common is that they’re personal — and they matter to the people involved. That’s where I come in.

As a dedicated generalist, I don’t limit my work to specific types of disputes. I approach each mediation as a unique conversation, shaped by the individuals in the room. My role is to guide that conversation in a structured, respectful, and neutral way — helping all parties feel heard and supported as they work toward a mutually acceptable solution.

Clients often come to me when the situation is tense, unclear, or emotionally charged. I create a space where they can speak honestly, listen carefully, and begin to understand each other’s perspective — even if they don’t agree. Mediation doesn’t erase disagreement, but it can create the clarity and momentum needed to move forward.

Whether you’re facing a personal issue, a workplace conflict, a breakdown in communication, or something completely different — I’m here to help you work through it.
